Effective October 6, 2026.
The extension processes the templates, favorites, imported packs, placeholder values, and reply text that you choose to enter. Depending on your content, this may include customer names, order identifiers, transaction or refund details, and customer communications.
Templates and favorites are stored in Chrome’s local extension storage on your device. Placeholder values and unsaved preview edits remain in memory while the desk is open. This information is used only to compose, organize, personalize, and copy your replies. The developer does not receive your template content or customer information.
When you click Copy reply, the selected reply is written to your system clipboard. The extension does not read your clipboard. JSON imports are processed locally. Exporting creates a local JSON backup; protect backups that contain private information. You decide where to paste replies or share backups.
The extension does not read websites, browsing history, or messages. There are no analytics, advertisements, accounts, remote code, or external network services. No user data is sold or transferred by the extension. It does not use information for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending.
Templates remain until you edit or delete them, clear the extension’s local storage, or uninstall the extension. Favorites can be removed in the desk. Uninstalling removes extension storage; exported backups and copied clipboard contents must be deleted separately by you. Export a backup before uninstalling if you want to keep your templates.
Seller Reply Desk’s use of user information adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is processed solely for its user-facing reply-template features.
This policy covers the extension. If you purchase a separately sold template pack, the checkout provider’s privacy policy applies to that purchase. This extension version has no checkout integration.
